What areas of application are these foam control agents used in?

Dispelair® foam control agents are used to optimise adhesive properties and provide foam control in products such as inks, pigment dispersions, paints, flooring compounds and repair mortars. They are also used in several manufacturing processes including oil processing, polymer production and textile manufacturing where good emulsification characteristics eliminate problems associated with fibre contamination.

  • Dispelair® BS

    Polysiloxane based foam control agents used predominantly in the pulp processing industry and general surfactant systems

  • Dispelair® CF

    Largest selection of products based on modified silicone, hydrocarbons, surfactants, alkoxane, polyethers and polyglycols. These products are used across multiple applications including coating and adhesive formulations, polymer latex systems and low to high PVC paints

  • Dispelair® DP

    Foam control agents based on hydrocarbons, fatty acid esters and surfactants used as wet end deaerators in effluent treatment in breweries and plastic recycling

  • Dispelair® F

    Alkoxane based emulsion foam control agents used in fermentation and distillation processes

  • Dispelair® FG

    Specially formulated foam control agents based on vegetable oils for food processing applications such as vegetable washing and starch manufacturing

  • Dispelair® K

    Alkoxane and siloxane based foam control agents used in sugar processing and food processing applications

  • Dispelair® P

    These powdered grades are based on alkyl glycols, hydrocarbons and surfactants for use as an anti-shrink additive in a wide range of cement-based systems, grouts, repair mortars, tile adhesives and self levelling floor systems

  • Dispelair® SC

    Foam control agents based in a silicone compound used in vegetable oil in fryers

  • Dispelair® SE

    Foam control agents based on a silicone emulsion used in plastics recycling, CIP (cleaning-in-place) processes

  • Dispelair® WT

    Foam control agents used especially for wastewater treatment in the agrochemical industry, textile processing and other industrial processing such as plastics recycling
